Municipal Guide

This Stewardship Guide for Municipal LCIP Properties was created to explain the concepts and principles of conservation easement stewardship and town-owned land management. The Guide provides information to help municipalities understand their role and responsibilities under the LCIP program and offers answers to many common questions. It also serves as a useful introduction and review of the program for new conservation commission members and other municipal officials.
