Monitoring Reporting Form

All Municipalities who fee-own or hold conservation easements on LCIP properties are required to monitor on an annual basis.

Please fill out the Monitoring Report Form for each of your Town’s LCIP properties. Be sure to save a completed copy for your municipal files and send a copy to CLSP.
